Weekly Musings of the 17th

Or tea
Good Morning my friends and family.  Yup, back again with my usual Friday morning looking back at the week.

It has been fun gathering stuff once more for my weekly writing time.  It also makes me take the pictures off my phone and put them into a folder on an external hard drive.  I don't care to have hundreds of pictures to scroll through and have them tucked away by year instead.  As I pulled the pictures off it made me realize how much had gone along and that I hadn't used them to write another blog and I could have - LOL.  One daughter pointed out that she loves to read my blogs as it is her way of knowing what's up and gives her a laugh sometimes at my way of looking at things.

Loving the morning sky, I was so blest this week as the rain through the nights stopped before my morning walks at 7 and didn't start up again until I was back inside again so I had some very pretty skies to enjoy as I took my rosary walk.

Hubby has been busy tinkering on his train layout.  He has been working on some walls and new lighting.  (I will have to take some pictures at night to share next week)

I think his layouts are really cute and well thought out of by items from recycle stuff or from the dollar store.

Me?  I worked on some seasonal puzzles of gnomes.  Which reminds me, it is no wonder Amazon is a lot of people's go-to when I went to the site that sold this puzzle (the actual company that makes them) this puzzle was 8 dollars more at the site than Amazon and it would have cost $15 in shipping rather than my usual free Amazon shipping.  I am sorry, I love to support small companies but when they send their product to Amazon and then Amazon can do it cheaper in both item cost and shipping.  I just have to buy from Amazon.

You might think the winter one was the tough one but although harder than spring and summer, autumn was actually the toughest one.  Anyway, now I am working on some plastic canvas projects.  I got kinda tired not working with my hands at all now that they are a bit temperamental so I am doing light stuff and not for hours at a time.  I have also thought that perhaps in the future I make look at watercolour painting.  After all YouTube has great instruction videos and the dollar store is a good place to get beginner supplies.  If I do I will be sure to share it here.

Anyway, that is the week (and a bit of previous weeks) and I wish you all a fine weekend.
