I never would have thought of this way to create hedges, using sticks and tiny green fluff stuff. I think they look great. The houses were actually found at the dollar store which need no painting, at least that is what we both think.
He also moved mom's old stereo system into his room where he hooked it up to his laptop and phone so he could play whatever music he wanted through those great speakers. I was looking at it all and there is no way I could have figured that out so I know that his mind is doing great. Few forgetful things but most of those are not really important, what he is working and figuring now... well those things are real challenges.
On the 3rd I got a facebook reminder that it was 12 years ago that day that Tigger jumped into Robert's arms and came home with us.
The vet put her age at about 3 weeks at the most. We had to get her kitten milk although at first we had no idea and hubby crushed up kitten food with milk to give her something until we could take her to the vet.
Grandson started school this week too on the 2nd. Got a new picture of the boys to put in our collection of grandsons pictures.
Also hubby and I went out to lunch together at the same place that my girlfriend and I went to. I wanted hubby to try it out as the food was so good and the prices really good too. Since it wasn't far from our doctor we stopped there in order for hubby to get an appointment for a minor thing he has. Great thing was as we were chatting with the office admin. she said the doctor could see him right away and he went right in and got a prescription for the trouble. All in all it took about 15 minutes and problem solved.
Once home we got the prescription sorted and we decided to unlink hubby from my account and let him handle his own stuff. For a time I was taking over many things for hubby and actually that wasn't doing him any good. I mean you don't think often of one being on their own but it could happen either way and nothing is worse than grieving and having to figure out the simple day to day things. Doing stuff to make things easier for one's partner is a loving, caring thing to do but it doesn't help them if they have to handle stuff later in life for whatever reason.
And so here we are at the end of another week. We also got the cart delivered that would make life a lot easier when it came to taking the air conditioner out of the window and putting it away for the season. At younger ages it is no big deal to put the AC in the window or pull it back out and carry it away and place it in a storage closet but as birthdays get more and more it becomes less easy and this cart has really made a world of difference and it rolls into the storage area without any trouble at all.

Thank you so much, there are so many things that I did for him in our youth and never thought anything about it, just like he did for me but now we realize we need to share and tell each other about it so neither are caught without knowing what to do.
