I should say that my gratitude days are not in any particular order as so many things are truly treasured in my heart.
Today though I am grateful for my husband, partner and friend, Robert. He and I have walked together in this life for 36 years now and although as we age things change and perhaps we are not as quick to do things as we did we are closer than ever and partners in all and I am grateful for such a solid, faithful and steadfast man in my life.

My wretched 10 day bout with food poisoning has completely run its course. My energy is returning. I am truly grateful for the healing and the doctor's knowledge.

Oh no, food poisoning is the worst and so hard to go through. I am glad to hear it has run it's course. I would imagine that healing would be first and foremost in your heart through that. Huge hugs and much love.
DeleteAwesome gratitude for your life partner. You have both been blessed to have one another those 36 years and still counting! It's easy to take one's foundational relationships for granted but I'm sure you know how much work it is to maintain them!
ReplyDeleteExactly and how impatient one can get but pausing to realize how blest I am with him in my life makes me realize that those things I might get impatient about really is silly and not worth it at all. Huge hugs my friend.
