Daily Gratitude - Day 34

 

Today I realized how grateful I am for our little 2013 Chev Spark.  We got him used.  We call him Sparky.  This little guy only cost about $30 to fill him and the fill up lasts all month (including two trips to Brantford).  Most of the time he only needs a little TLC twice a year at tire changing time and he is good to go.

I think he is probably our last car and I do have to say he is one of our bestest ones we have ever had.

    There's a lot to be said for having a car that is just enough for your needs! I find that's true of my little car, too... I'm starting to drive more these days, between grandma taxi and doggy day care, but I'm still only filling every three to four weeks, too.

      I like being able to do that too. Just enough makes it fun.

    After spending so much time with the van that was all beat up from the accident I totally understand having gratitude for your car. The new van is probably my mom's last car and so far it's a really well taken care of one. (((BIG HUGS)))
